Nationwide Marketing enhances web services
Nationwide Marketing Group has added Tailbase, a Web developer for retailers and manufacturers, as a website services provider.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Nationwide Marketing Group has added Tailbase, a Web developer for retailers and manufacturers, as a website services provider.
Nationwide, the largest U.S. buying and marketing group for furniture, appliance and electronics retailers, said the addition of Tailbase will broaden the services available to its diverse membership.
"With the addition of Tailbase to our existing Web services, we are ensuring that all of our dealers will have access to the very best options in the market," said Frank Sandtner, director of member services operations for Nationwide.
Tailbase President Robert Lapointe, who was at the High Point Market last month, said his company's "website solutions are very affordable and we work closely with retailers from building a unique design to providing them with the most compelling content and imagery."
He said the programs also come with 100% technical support and customer service. Other features include Tailbase's search engine marketing and search engine optimization strategies, and its third party integration and management.
"Market studies continue to show an increase in the number of consumers who research online before they make a purchase," said Sandtner. "The question is no longer do you have a website but how effective is your site at attracting customers?"
Nationwide also continues to offer website solutions through Ayr1.com, and said that adding Tailbase provides its members with other options.
