We’ve come to expect nothing short of the best from Heller, one of the most-often awarded furniture makers in the US and Europe, which has been producing modern eye candy since the early 1970s with its introduction of Massimo Vignelli’s stacking dinnerware.  Heller’s pieces have earned space in the Museum of Modern Art’s permanent collection – no small accomplishment by any means. Its quietly aggressive Calla chair, designed by William Sawaya, is a solid example of the uber-simple mod designs that have become synonymous with the brand.  Released in 2001 and reintroduced in 2007, the injection-molded stacking chair is created from one piece of polycarbonate and comes in black, white, red or transparent. It received the 2003 ID Annual Design Review Design Distinction Award. Dimensions: height 80cm /seat height 47cm /width 56cm / depth 60cm. Contact Heller’s New York headquarters for pricing information.
