Cristalplant Based Origami Bathtub Series By Stocco
Stocco an Italian based company has left me completely breathless with their Origami Bathtub Series.
Stocco an Italian based company has left me completely breathless with their Origami Bathtub Series. Inspired by the Japanese art of paper folding, the bathtub series embraces the same principles of delicacy and re-imagines the ancient art beautifully. Unlike traditional bathtubs, the Origami series is characterized by its stunning base which can be etched, carved or even pantograph-drawn with a medley of intricate patterns that lend an air of sophistication to the classic archaic design. The side which can be carved or etched is made of Cristalplant which is easy to maintain and found to be more hygienic than conventional materials. With the Origami Bathtub Series, Stocco has prodded the traditional artistic practices of Japan flawlessly and made them completely relevant to the modern design scene.
