Footprint Table By Nicholas Langan
Footprints in the sand always make for some lovely and poignant imagery, so it doesn't surprise us that designer Nicholas Langan decided to recreate the illusion in wood.
Footprints in the sand always make for some lovely and poignant imagery, so it doesn't surprise us that designer Nicholas Langan decided to recreate the illusion in wood. Langan's Footprint Table may be an ode to Mary Stevenson's touching Footprints in the Sand poem or just the designers own desire to leave a mark in the A&D scene, whatever the motivation no one can deny its appeal. The table has been made from solid oak and is finished with oil and then using modern day technology, Langan indents the footprints around the top and the underside.
