Case goods resource Horizon Home is re-entering the upholstery category after a year and a half hiatus caused when a previous supplier in Guadalajara, Mexico went out of business.

It has now reconnected with another supplier in the Guadalajara area that it considered doing business with earlier, but that did not have available capacity at the time due to its booming domestic business. With some extra capacity freed up as of late, the manufacturer is producing both fabric and leather collections for Horizon whose designs tie in with some of its popular case goods collections.

The company has also more than doubled the size of its showroom in space B-106 to 9,000 square feet to accommodate both the upholstery, along with its growing case goods line and a new accessories line being shown at market.

The new upholstery groups being shown at market include five fabric groupings and one leather group that include sofa, loveseat and chair combinations. The fabric pieces feature large-scale 92-94-inch sofa frames that retail from $899 to $999. The leather, which includes a 94-inch sofa, retails at $1,799.
