ISPA elects three new members to Board of Trustees

Three new trustees have been elected to the International Sleep Products Assn.’s Board of Trustees.

 

Three new trustees have been elected to the International Sleep Products Assn.’s Board of Trustees.

 

They are Richard Ayers, chief financial officer of Jones Fiber; Owen Shoemaker, senior vice president of product development and merchandising for King Koil; and Kevin Womble, commercial director for Vita Nonwovens.

 

David Roberts, president and COO of King Koil, has retired from the board after serving three terms.

 

Ron Passaglia, president and CEO of Restonic Mattress Corp., continues his role as chair; and Kathryn Roedel, executive vice president, chief technology and services, of Select Comfort Corp., remains vice chair. Gerry Borreggine, president and CEO of Therapedic International, continues as immediate past chair.

 

“I am honored to welcome our newest trustees to the ISPA board,” said ISPA President Ryan Trainer. “We have a dynamic and engaged group that volunteers their valuable time to work on the issues and challenges that our industry faces. Their active involvement and insights steer ISPA’s efforts to accomplish our mission to enhance the growth, profitability and stature of the mattress industry.”
