Well-known investment group CITIC Capital is planning to acquire the China company of King Koil.
Well-known investment group CITIC Capital is planning to acquire the China company of King Koil. The discussion on the acquisition, started in this February, is close to the conclusion recently, and a press conference is estimated to be held in the July.
CITIC Capital plans to acquire more than 50% of the King Koil China and to increase the annual mattress sales revenue to 1 billion yuan in the future years. The market share of King Koil China in the 5-star hotels is over 50% now, but still need to explore more in the civilian market.
CITIC Capital had invested on Frame Media, Shunfeng Express and Harbin Pharm Group etc and won profit very well.
