It is reported that this project is jointly reviewed by the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration; only 15 pilot cities and 95 pilot companies have been identified nationwide; it aims to promote the development of standards, innovate in implementation and application, launch a batch of standards, set a batch of benchmarks, summarize and refine a batch of successful experiences that can be replicated and promoted.

From 2017 to 2020, Red Star Macalline participated in the Shanghai municipal service industry standardization demonstration pilot project, combining the standard system with consumer experience and rights protection, forming a complete home circulation management service standard service system, and the standards within the system are coordinated with each other, while improving service efficiency, it also improves service quality. The standard system is promoted in more than 300 Red Star Macalline home furnishing stores across the country, and the implementation is regularly followed up. In April 2020, the high score passed the acceptance of the Shanghai Market Supervision Administration.
