Public information shows that Dessmann Electromechanical (China) Co., Ltd. was established on August 11, 2009, an enterprise focusing on the field of smart home and security. After years of development, a smart home industry chain with smart door locks as the core has been formed. The products involve smart cat eyes, smart cameras, smart bracelets, smart safes, etc. Currently, it owns two major product series, Dessmann and Xiaodi.

At present, Dessmann has initiated multiple rounds of financing. Companies such as Red Star Macalline, HOTATA, Share Capital, Xinjiang Ronha Investment have led or co-invested, and the amount of financing is conservatively estimated to exceed 220 million. Dessmann is frequently favored by the capital community, which is fundamentally due to its brand strength.
