3D cloud design platform Kujiale plans to be listed on U.S. stock this year

Kujiale, a home cloud design platform, plans to be listed in the United States stock this year, with an estimated fund-raising scale of US$500 million.

The home cloud design platform "Kujiara" plans to go public in the United States this year. Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Chase have been selected as co-lead underwriters to arrange IPOs for it. The fundraising scale is expected to be US$500 million.

Kujiale will complete a new round of financing in 2020, led by Hillhouse Capital and Coatue, with a post-investment valuation of over US$2 billion. Among them, Hillhouse Capital led the D+ round of financing of Cooljiale in the second half of 2019, and Coatue entered the game for the first time.
