On February 24th, Qiubei County of Yunnan reached a cooperation framework agreement with Easy Home and formally signed a new retail urban complex project, which marked that Easy Home will officially settle in Qiubei.

The estimated total investment of the new retail urban complex project in Qiubei County is about 1.3 billion yuan. The total area of the project is 190 mu, and the construction period of the project is 3 years. The project construction is a modern commercial complex characterized by Internet and big data applications. After the project is completed, it will become a shopping, experience consumption and social center for residents of Qiubei. Modern commercial complexes will introduce new retail technologies and application scenarios such as big data and artificial intelligence, and at the same time introduce national and international leading new brands, new products, new formats and new models.

It is reported that this is the first mall investment after the Spring Festival. According to the "Thousand Stores" chain development goal released by Wang Ning, the CEO of Easy Home, "The chain goal of Easy Home in 2021 is to sign 100+ and open 90+; the number of stores nationwide will exceed 1,000 in 5 years, and 1,500 in 10 years."

According to the 2020 annual performance forecast of Easy Home, it will open 35 new home furnishing stores throughout 2020. As of December 31, 2020, the company has operated a total of 382 home furnishing stores, including 90 directly-operated stores and 292 franchise stores.
