Gome acquires 80% of the shares of "Dress Up Home".
Tianyancha showed that the virtual reality home improvement platform Dress Up Home had completed its equity change on December 24 and was officially controlled by Gome Holding Group. The legal representative was changed from Cui Jian to Chen Ping, with Chen Ping serving as the chairman of Dress Up Home.
For Gome, although the transformation strategy has been put forward for three years, the transformation test measures have not really worked. For 30-year-old Gome, it is currently in a period of anxiety for transformation.
If the formal holding of "Dress Up Home" can take a key step, smooth transformation and development, for Gome, home decoration will be a new trump card; For Dress Up Home, with the support of capital power, its development will ascend a level again.
