Report of China's Seven Customized Home-furnishing Enterprises in 2018
with an Average Revenue Growth of No More than 19%
On April 9, Oppein issued an announcement officially disclosing its full performance in 2018, achieving a total revenue of RMB 11.509 billion and a net profit of nearly RMB 1.6 billion, which makes it the first listed company in the home-furnishing industry (only for furniture manufacturers) with a revenue of over RMB 10 billion.
However, compared with the double-high growth of revenue and net profit in 2017, the growth rate of Oppein in 2018 was greatly reduced. The growth of revenue and net profit was 18.53% and 20.90% respectively over the same period last year, which did not break the "magic spell" that revenue growth in 2018 was generally less than 25%.
Up to April 10, 2019, a total of 7 enterprises in the customized home-furnishing industry have issued the report of performance in 2018 and the annual financial report of 2018. Among them, the year-on-year revenue growth is as follows: The growth of Oppein is 18.53%, SOGAL 18.66%, Shangpin Home Collection 24.83%, ZBOM 12.80%, Golden Home 18.01%, Piano 34.30% and Dinggu Strong 2.86% respectively. According to the changes of revenue and net profit of these seven enterprises, the growth of customized home-furnishing industry is nearly halved.
