Nordic Original Furniture XUE: Curved Wood and 3D Manufacturing As the Core

XUE is the first company in China to achieve 3D curved wood production, and is the world's first to apply 3D curved wood to system furniture.

XUE collaborates with the Nordic top studio “Hans Studio” to develop original Nordic furniture.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Founder Mr. Xue Shuping, who studied woodworking skills since childhood, has been engaged in the furniture industry for more than 30 years and has made great achievements in the field of curved wood. He led the R&D team to apply the German 3D curved wood process to the system furniture, so XUE is the first company in China to achieve 3D curved wood mass production, and is the world's first to apply 3D curved wood to system furniture.

 

 

In March 2017, XUE won the first “IF Gold Award” given by China National Furniture Industry.

 

 

 

JJGLE: What new products and star products brought to the show? What are the innovations in design, process, materials and technology of these new products?

 

This year we brought a smart sofa – designed for the full climate by designing the electronic structure of the furniture. In the summer, it can be used as an air conditioner, that is, an "air-conditioned sofa"; in winter, it can be heated and heated. This should be a major breakthrough in the field of furniture. At the same time, the seat with the function of heating and cooling has not appeared yet.

 

JJGLE: What are the core competencies of the fifth season? What is the main user portrait?

 

The core competitiveness lies in a higher level of technology. The fifth season is the first in China and may be the only furniture brand that has mastered the system-wide 3D technology. In addition, in the field of curved wood, we also master a lot of core technologies.

 

 

 

JJGLE: Have you worked with a designer? What are the current sales channels?

 

At present, we mainly cooperate with foreign designers, mainly from Denmark, Japan, Germany and other countries.

 

 

JJGLE: As a home furniture practitioner, what do you think about the future development of the industry?

 

As consumers' aesthetics and quality of life continue to improve, I believe that there will be a major shift in individual needs and quality requirements.
