The total operating area of the mall is 15.14 million square meters. 

In addition to residential, home mall and industrial chain, commercial street, cultural travel, etc., Red Star Macalline Group also has a special commercial product line of “Aegean Sea”. There are already Shanghai Aegean Shopping Park and Beijing Sun Palace Aegean Sea. More than a dozen projects such as shopping parks, with a commercial management area of 8 million square meters.

Zhao Hua has been the president of Red Star Macalline Group Commercial Real Estate for 5 years and is mainly responsible for the business of Red Star Macalline Group. The latest report about him was in March this year, he went to the West New City to discuss the Red Star Macalline Aegean Shopping Park project.
