In January this year, due to implementation of Environmental Protection Tax Law, many furniture factories received the notices on “halt production” and “production restriction”. The district government carried out the project of “Furniture Industry Park” and wanted to strengthen environmental protection by centralized management.

However, in investment attraction, the Park more favored the medium-sized and above enterprises, and the small factories were unable to bear the too high cost in the aspects such as getting land for entering, plant construction, equipment purchase and upgrade and personnel recruitment.

“Bee Factory” wants to reduce the production and operation cost of the small and medium-sized enterprises by establishing the sharing furniture factory and also increases the enterprise competitiveness with the centralized factory.

In infrastructure, “Bee Factory” will provide the big workshop, office, accommodation building and exhibition area of which the construction, decoration and configuration are completed to reduce the start-up cost of the small and medium-sized manufacturers.

In production, “Bee Factory” will share some equipment and workers, and the entered enterprises can conduct “group buying” by themselves and can also conduct “periodic lease” after the sharing factory purchases uniformly.

In operation, “Bee Factory” will provide the property management including security, catering and cleaning, and the entered enterprises can also choose the hosting services such as reception, financial affairs and law work.

Utilizing the uniform platform operation to maximize the sharing degree, “Bee Factory” is expected to save around 30% of the cost for the enterprises, and the project itself will gain the profits by collecting the rents and operation management fees.

50 mu of “Bee Factory” Phase I has been under construction, and it is expected to start operating by the end of year, and the information system will be launched synchronously. According to plan, 10 production enterprises, 20 online stores and 2 logistic & express stores will enter, and it is expected that they will have 200 employees and RMB 100 million of output value; according to plan, Phase II will have 300 mu and RMB 500 million of output value.

Currently, “Bee Factory” is seeking for the financing of RMB 10 million by transferring 10 – 15% of the shares, and the funds will be used in the construction and operation promotion.
