As Part of Its Asian Expansion, Luxury Kitchen Maker Valcucine Opens Its First Store in Japan

Fast-growing Italian luxury holding company Italian Creation Group is rapidly expanding across Asia, opening the first store of its luxury, eco-friendly kitchen design firm Valcucine in Tokyo, Japan.
It follows store openings in Hong Kong, China and Mumbai, India, last week and with another eight scheduled to open across Asia next year.
"We are very proud to enter this strategic market and innovative country, strengthening our presence in the region," said Stefano Core, Co-Founder and CEO of ItalianCreationGroup. "Italy is known for its excellence in luxury products and we now extend our master craftsmanship to Japan."
Among the highlights in the showroom is the V-Motion kitchen system, which operates simply with manual gestures. The high-end system is available through Valcucine's Genius Loci line, an authentic place to cook, relax and socialise at home.
Valcucine's exclusive partner in Japan is renowned kitchen company CleanUp Corporation. "The kitchen experience is a soulful cultural mix of lifestyle and cuisine," said Shigeru Sato, Executive President of Cleanup. "We are excited to team up with Valcucine here in Japan, a great name in stylish, luxury kitchens. The new store in the heart of Tokyo will become a landmark destination and point of reference for designer kitchens."
Key officials from the Italian embassy are attending the opening, including Enrico Vattani, the Director of the Trade, Aristide Martellini, the Director of Promotion and Kaori Namada, the embassy business analyst.
Over the past years, ItalianCreationGroup has acquired brands that best represent Italian quality, creativity and innovation in the world of home design, including some of the greatest names in Italian furniture, legendary Driade and FontanaArte, boutique bathroom design firm Toscoquattro and Valcucine, giving rise to a new force in Italian luxury.

In 2018, additional stores are scheduled to open in Shanghai, Foshan and Shenzhen in China; Ahmedabad, India; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Manila, The Philippines;Jakarta, Indonesia and Teheran, Iran.
