Red Star Macalline launched new strategy at its 30 years anniversary
Red Star Macalline held the celebration “Design for China” for its 30th anniversary in Shanghai World Expo Center on June 18th, and officially announced that the "1001" strategy would be implemented.
It has been thirty years since Red Star Macalline got started in ChangZhou, China in 1986. At present, it has a network of 181 shopping malls covering a total operating area of approximately 12,000,000 square meters in 129 cities in China.
In 2015, the total revenue of Red Star Macalline amounted to 8.76 billion yuan. The gross profit accounts for 74.4%, reaching 6.51 billion yuan. In June of that year, Red Star Macalline has filed to list on the Hong Kong, China Stock Exchange.
Red Star Macalline held the celebration “Design for China” for its 30th anniversary in Shanghai World Expo Center on June 18th, and officially announced that the "1001" strategy would be implemented. The strategy proposed that, Red Star Macalline will make the enterprise intelligent by using the technology, and create an Internet platform on the basis of expanding 1000 shopping malls. Moreover, it will also extend the range of business with “family” as the core. The platform which was constructed synchronously will make the concept of design aesthetic run through the entire consumption industry chain.
