U.S. Preliminary Ruling on Anti-Dumping Investigation of 7 Southeast Asian Countries Up to 989% On October 28, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its preliminary ruling on anti-dumping duty investigations of imported mattresses from seven countries, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.
In this preliminary ruling, Cambodia (252.74%), Thailand (up to 763.28%), Vietnam (up to 989.9%), Malaysia (42.92%) became the "hardest-hit" countries in the anti-dumping investigation, and involved Dream Lily, Xilinmen, Yi'ao, Far East, Gao Yu, Gu Jia and many other countries.
