In 2018, the home furnishing enterprises took actions in merger and acquisition frequently.
On January 8, 2018, Markor Furnishings announced two recent mergers and acquisitions, which were respectively that its wholly-owned subsidiary Markor International Business and Trade Co., Ltd. bought 60% of the equity of M.U.S.T. Holdings Limited with the cash of USD 49,200,000,000. On January 10, 2018, KUKA and NATUZZI founded a joint venture subsidiary, and KUKA accounted for 51% of the shares.
On the evening of April 23, Tubao released an announcement that the company planned to contribute RMB 335,000,000 to acquire 270,000,000 shares of Nature (02083.HK)held by the second largest shareholder according to the price of HKD 1.55/per share.
