Richard Ginori's experience in buying this piece of factory land is full of twists and turns. On September 4, 2017, because the problem loan management service company doBank believed that Richard Ginori did not have the corresponding solvency, it refused their plan to purchase the plot. Richard Ginori derives from the Doccia, the “precious” porcelain manufacturer found in Sesto Fiorentino, near Florence, Tuscany, in 1735 by the Marquis of Carlo Ginori for his interest in the production of “White Gold” in Europe. After years of development, Doccia has developed into a well-known Italian porcelain manufacturer, named after the name of the Marquis of Carlo Ginori, and Richard Ginori s.r.l. came into being.
In 2013, Gucci acquired Richard Ginori s.r.l. in bankruptcy liquidation for 13 million euros. In early 2016, Gucci parent company Kering Kaiyun Group announced the direct management of Richard Ginori s.r.l. Alessandro Michele joined the Gucci design team in 2002 and was appointed creative director of Richard Ginori in 2014. In July last year, Gucci released the home collection, and the porcelain produced by Richard Ginori is also in the series.

This collaboration allows consumers to select a wide range of exquisite porcelain from Richard Ginori in the experience store of the nine major cities in China on the Temple Library website and the Temple Library.
