Sonos Listed on NASDAQ, Modified the Ringing Sound
The share price soared 32.73% to close at $19.91.
Sonos was officially listed on NASDAQ on August 2, under the ticker symbol SONO, which marks Sonos' new process.
Sonos submitted an IPO offer to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on July 6 this year. The issue price will be set at $17 to $19 per share on July 24. A maximum of $264 million can be raised, and the market value of Sonos will be around $1.9 billion at a price of $19.
Yesterday, Sonos officially listed on the NASDAQ, the IPO issue price was finally set at $15 per share, slightly lower than previously expected. According to the final issue price, Sonos's valuation is about $1.5 billion.
