On July 5th, China's network giant JD.COM launched its online official flagship store in Indonesia. The categories include imported food, summer drinks, life care, home, and clothing and footwear.
JD.com has been planning the Indonesian market since 2015, and the JD Indonesia platform was officially opened in March 2016. In March of this year, JD.com announced plans to increase 8-10 warehouses in Indonesia by the end of 2018 to further increase its logistics network coverage in Indonesia.
JD has previously stated that most of JD's products sold in Indonesia are stored in its own warehouse. The distribution service has covered 7 major islands, 483 cities and 6,500 districts and counties, and 85% of orders can be received within 1 day. In the Jakarta region, the Indonesian delivery standard aging product "210" service was launched, and 30% of orders can be delivered in one day.
