ManWah Holdings has announced the appointment of Kevin Castellani to the newly created position of director of corporate communications.
ManWah Holdings has announced the appointment of Kevin Castellani to the newly created position of director of corporate communications. In this role, Castellani will be responsible for external communications and brand positioning to the trade and consumer press. He will report to Guy Ray, CEO.
Castellani will also be responsible for the company’s digital strategy, updating the website, building a stronger e-commerce platform and will work with ManWah’s U.S. team and parent company in China on all global communications.
This position will support the company’s expansion into new product categories and new channels of distribution. According to the company, Castellani will work closely with the corporate office on new product photos, videos and all support materials needed to enhance the company’s value to its retail customers. He will also be working on mergers and acquisitions, sourcing opportunities for ManWah’s continued growth in North America, as well as developing strategic partnerships with North American companies seeking to enter Chinese market thru an alliance with ManWah.
In this new position, Castellani will manage ManWah’s continued commitment to industry associations, donations, industry functions and social trade issues. This newly created position is part of ManWah’s recently expanded senior management team at ManWah.
Castellani is the former publisher of Furniture Today and president of its parent company, Progressive Business Media.
