More than 500 exhibitors will show at The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market this summer, an all-time high for the temporary gift and home décor exhibition space.

Show organizer International Market Centers (IMC) said it received the highest-ever rate of early renewals for The Pavilions, combined with the rapid addition of new companies, resulting in gains across all five temporary gift and home décor categories: Home, Design, Handmade and Gift and Discoveries: The Antique Vintage Marketplace.

The Handmade section had an early sell-out, IMC said, and it expects Gift to sell out, while Design, Home and Discoveries have expanded significantly. The market will also launch three new showcase areas: BHome, a new luxury-focused category within Home; Artisanal LA, a new pop-up show featuring Los Angeles-based artisanal products and producers; and Trading Post 1908, a new pop-up collection of vintage and handmade products.

“The unparalleled rate of gift and home décor temporary renewals, combined with robust early leasing activity, signals market strength and customer satisfaction,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “As Las Vegas Market exhibitor ROI steadily increases, more and more new companies are seeking access to our large, and growing, retail audience from western states.”

Summer 2016 marks the first anniversary of The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market, a freestanding, climate-controlled temporary trade show area with 80,000 net square feet of space.
