"Our name, Vosay, is derived from the Portuguese word você, which means 'you,'" founder and creative director Nana Baffourexplained. "Our focus is on products that speak to the uniqueness of each individual, and on making sustainable products that are collaborations of art and nature."
The tables in the debut collection are also available to view and purchase at the company's website, www.vosaycollection.com.
The first several customers to purchase tables can choose as a gift a copy of either celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson'scookbook, New American Table, accompanied by a signed letter from Samuelsson, or the renowned Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado's book Scent of a Dream: Travels in the World of Coffee, accompanied by a canister of illycaffè whole bean coffee, a tote bag, and a signed letter from illycaffè chairman Andrea Illy.
"Samuelsson and Illy stand for the lifestyle our company also represents," Baffour said. We're thrilled to offer these gifts to our customers and to introduce our products to the world."
