Stiles Machinery, Inc., a supplier of manufacturing machinery, support services and advanced technology, announces the addition of a new North American region with the company’s expansion into Mexico. Stiles Mexico will introduce Mexican manufacturers to the company’s "Total Production Solutions" value proposition that combines production equipment and support services from Stiles.
The decision to introduce a new Mexican region aligns with Stiles’ greater North American strategies towards expanding support offerings for their regional customers in a global economy.
“We see great value in the growth potential of the country. Mexico is home to cities that are as complex and sophisticated as any city in the U.S., there is a growing opportunity here to become a starburst market” explains Doug Maat, regional director of Stiles Mexico when referring to the growing population in Mexico and the emerging skilled workforce. “Mexican manufacturers look to the US for new technology solutions and ideas to help improve their competitive advantage. We will be offering these manufacturers the same resources that Stiles provides to U.S. companies.”
Those resources include a portfolio of products and services including those from the Homag Group for the panel- and wood-processing markets. Stiles Mexico will also utilize the resources and tools that have established Stiles Machinery as the industry leader in support service, spare parts and education - including the industry’s largest team of factory-certified field service technicians, a 24-hour spare parts department with 94 percent same-day order fulfillment, and their educational program that has graduated over 38,000 students, Stiles University.
Stiles Mexico will work with representatives at CIS Mexico who are currently located in the small north-central state of Queretaro, Mexico.
