Las Vegas Market adds 6 new tenants

Five new tenants — Ace Bayou, Décor-Rest, Gaucho Sheep & Leather Products, Hinges Design and MLily USA — are opening new permanent showrooms for the July 27-31 Las Vegas Market.

In addition, 16 furniture companies have renewed their leases at the World Market Center, with half set to expand their showrooms. More than 80,000 square feet of space will be newly occupied as a result of this recent leasing activity, market officials said. A sixth new tenant, Bell’O International, will showcase its entertainment furniture, beds and desks in temporary space in booths A-714 and A-716 for the first time.

 

The new permanent exhibitors include:


•Ace Bayou (A-742), a source of lifestyle furniture including its line of sound furniture products, led by its X Rocker media furniture. Ace Bayou manufactures beanbags, juvenile video rockers and recliners and serves a variety of other markets in the lifestyle furniture, pet products and durable medical goods sectors.


•Decor-Rest (A-554) , a Canadian manufacturer of upholstered furniture whose line ranges from sofa-sleepers and upholstered beds to accent chairs, tables and lamps to seating for large gathering spaces.


•Gaucho Sheep & Leather Products (B-154), a manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of cowhide and sheepskin home décor and gift products.


•Hinges Design (B-155), which offers solid wood furniture it says is made from environmentally sustainable material.


•MLily USA (B-930), a producer and distributor of sleep products at what it says is extremely aggressive pricing.

 

Furniture suppliers renewing their showroom leases at Las Vegas include Building A tenants Crown Mark (A-626) with 19,000 square feet, Jofran (A-830) with 13,000 square feet, Lifestyle Solutions (A-716) with 11,000 square feet, New Classic Home (A-854) with 25,000 square feet and Whalen (A-853) with 14,000 square feet.

 

Sealy (B-1000) has renewed its 15,000-square-foot showroom in Building B.

 

And in Building C, Tempur-Pedic (C-1512) has renewed its lease on a 22,000-square-foot showroom and Pacific Motion-Stanton (C-1464) is renewing 3,000 square feet. Several of the renewing tenants are also expanding their showrooms, including King Koil (A-546), Dovetail (B-159) and Malouf (C-1538). Tenants who are renewing and expanding, and who will also be in a new location for the summer market, include Affordable (A-909), Kittrich (A-900), Home Trends & Design (B-116), Prosperton (B-746) and GBS (C-1566). Lacrosse (A-901) also has expanded and relocated into a new space.
