The Utility Mirror is made by polishing a piece of stainless steel to a perfect mirror finish and dipping it in industrial rubber tool grip. By celebrating the marriage of these industrial methods, the object encourages use with the language of utility.

The Utility Mirror will debut in several pop-up shops and design events throughout the USA and abroad, including the American Deisgn Club Pop-Up Shop, Design Miami/Basel, Tictail's Manhattan pop-up shop, and Wanted Design's Made in Brooklyn Holiday Market.

Visibility is a product design studio based in New York City. It was founded by Joseph Guerra and Sina Sohrab in 2012. The studio works to create products that perform on multiple levels, with a focus on research and intent. The constant ambition is to develop useful, mass market objects that exhibit an innovative simplicity which challenges traditional societal notions of value.

Good Thing is a Brooklyn-based manufacturer of small products and accessories run by designers Samantha Anderson and Jamie Wolfond. To develop a new product, Good Thing and collaborating designers work closely with local vendors from the very earliest stages of the design process. This unorthodox method yields objects that are strengthened by the inherent qualities of the materials and processes used to make them.
