China mattress brand Sleemon plans to invest 30 million yuan in a fund focus on creative e-commerce raised by the Zheshang Venture Capital, declared in an announcement by the company on May 16.
China mattress brand Sleemon plans to invest 30 million yuan in a fund focus on creative e-commerce raised by the Zheshang Venture Capital, declared in an announcement by the company on May 16.
The total investment size of the fund is 0.26 billion yuan and Sleemon will account 11.54% and take the limited liability. Zheshang Venture Capital was founded in 2007 and has a successful investment record mainly in energy, media, environment, manufacturing and high end consumer products. Sleemon is one of the sponsors of Zheshang Venture Capital, and Mr Chen Ayu, the chairman of Sleemon is the chairman of the capital as well.
According to the announcement, Sleemon will research and take part in the mobile internet and the creative O2O business model.
