Following the steps of A-Zenith, Qumei, Red Star Macalline, Fusen-Noble and Hengkang, Kuka Home debuts the prospectus on May 6.

Kuka is one of the largest upholstery manufacturers locates in Zhejiang province, east China. In 2013, the company saw a revenue of 2.68 billion yuan by 26.6% growth and net profit of 0.4 billion yuan. Kuka has expanded the product line from sofa to bedding and other upholstery, but it is still sofa that contributes the most to the income (68.12%).

Kuka declares the plan to raise 1.72 billion yuan via the circulation of up to 0.11 billion shares, in order to build the standard upholstery facility, the information system and the marketing network.
