The relevant person in charge of the Comprehensive Section of the Huzhou Customs Office in Anji told reporters. In the face of the surge in export goods and the increasing demand of enterprises to expand overseas markets, higher requirements are put forward for customs clearance services. In response to this, Huzhou Customs took the initiative to connect with more than 100 office furniture manufacturers within its jurisdiction, and ensured that qualified products were“declared, inspected, and released immediately”by implementing paperless declaration materials and making appointment inspections.
At the same time, strengthen the publicity and implementation of relevant policies and regulations, guide enterprises to establish and improve self-inspection and self-control systems, and help enterprises standardize traceability management systems.
In addition, Huzhou Customs has innovated the port cargo entry and exit supervision mechanism, accelerated the construction of a "single window" in international trade, promoted the full-caliber data sharing of port inspection units, electronic gate co-management sharing, and customs clearance integration reform and coordination to maximize the flow of people, logistics, and customs. The flow of funds and information flow smoothly.
In addition to making efforts to improve the efficiency of customs clearance, Huzhou Customs has also carried out various aspects of certificate of origin policy announcements, encouraging companies to make full use of the "paper gold" of certificate of origin, giving full play to the effect of the preferential policies of origin, and helping enterprises enjoy export benefits.
