Homekoo turned losses into profits in the first quarter

After listing, the company turned a profit for the first time in the first quarter.

The report shows that in the first quarter of 2021, operating income was 1.407 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110.28%, and net profit was 7.91 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 105.09%. This is the first time since its listing in 2017 that it has turned losses into profits in the first quarter.


The annual report shows that in 2020, Homekoo will strengthen technology research and development, and always maintain the continuous leadership of IT technology in the industry; launch free BIM design to create new service standards for the home improvement industry; increase efforts to deepen self-operated cities and create sustainable urban development models; deeply cultivate the home content marketing ecology and create a new entrance for home MCN traffic.


Homekoo said that the company has increased its investment in the digitalization of the entire home space in the future, and is also continuing to increase its investment in big data, artificial intelligence, large-scale technology infrastructure and research and development of new products to prepare for the future industrialization.
