Haier Smart Home exclusively released Smart Home Brain to lead the industry again

The smart home brain-the core technology engine of the smart home, which can use advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and big data to allow families to think and learn.

On the afternoon of March 22, Haier Smart Home held the "Make Home Smarter" developer conference in Shanghai and released UhomeOS 3.0, the industry's only operating system for smart home scenarios. The core feature of the system is the development of the smart home brain-the core technology engine of the smart home, which can use advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and big data to allow families to think and learn.

It also brings scene solutions for intelligent IoT and voice interactive experience, which accelerates the implementation of smart homes, and at the same time allows users to experience home voice scenes more natural, active and intimate.

The wisdom home brain is equivalent to the "chip" of Haier's smart home. It integrates many cutting-edge IoT technologies and is the key to whether a home is smart or not.

Secondly, Haier Smart Home also collaborated with advanced technologies such as IOT, AI, and big data to finally form the first UhomeOS 3.0 that integrates “end-side cloud”. "End" refers to hardware products such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners in the home, while "cloud" is composed of software such as smart home brains and Internet of Things technology.

For example, when the user uses the air conditioner, it will record the time and temperature when it is turned on, and transmit the data to the software. The software continuously learns the user's usage habits. When the user turns on the air conditioner again, it will automatically adjust to the appropriate temperature. If the weather shows today' s temperature is low, and the user will be asked intimately whether to increase the temperature. This is the "working principle" of UhomeOS 3.0. The hardware and software cooperate with each other to make the user's home more and more intelligent.

Haier Smart Home UhomeOS 3.0 not only leads the industry, but also has two major divisions for developers.

The first is the different areas of focus. At present, the industry mostly focuses on the IoT application experience of smart hardware, or the full-scenario connection experience with mobile phones as the center and extended to peripheral devices. Haier Smart Home UhomeOS 3.0 is the industry's first end-to-end OS system for full-modal smart interaction in family life, focusing on the smart life experience of users in the home scene.

The second is the difference in openness. Most operating systems in the industry are relatively closed, and both development and resources will be relatively limited after access. UhomeOS 3.0 has an open strategy. The internal open platform (Haigeek.com) can provide developers with abundant resource support, provide content producers with user demand data, and generate service value. The platform also has hundreds of open capabilities, develops 6 types of services for scene applications and enriches the categories of network devices, helping ecological partners to quickly introduce innovative products to the market. Developers can also link to the health management service platform, which is oriented to the health needs of different groups of families in the family, and constructs an open ecosystem oriented to family health management as the core to realize service value-added.

Haier revealed that users can feel the “ubiquity” of Smart Home’s intelligent services in any space such as the living room, kitchen or balcony; and whether it is speaking dialects or chatting at home, it can have continuous conversations with users and “naturally communicate”.

At present, the number of monthly active users of the Haier Smart Home APP has reached 15.6 million, the number of online web devices is 27.15 million, and the monthly active users of the Smart Home network device are 13.57 million. The Haier Smart Home 001 Experience Center has opened more than 1,000 stores and plans to open another 1,000 in 2021. An experience store allows Smart Home' s brain to enter more families.
