On December 24, 2020, with the delivery of an appointment notice issued by Chen Jianjun, Chairman of the Dekor Group, Dekor Complete Design + Division was officially established. This also marks that Daya Dekor has officially upgraded from floor to self-contained and customized home furnishings. It has launched a new business layout of "floor (floor), door (wood door), wall (wall panel) integration", and is in the leading position in wood-based panels and flooring. On the basis of the sector, the third level of performance growth has been opened.
From the perspective of the three categories of Dekor design + integration, Dekor has already completed its product layout. Flooring is the leading project of Dekor, with its production scale and industry status taking the lead. Wooden doors, Dekor has the largest production line in Asia as early as 2010, with a deep accumulation. As a directional product for home improvement in the future, prefabricated wall panels represent the trend, and Dekor has been involved in it for a long time. In the face of increasing demand for customization and assembly, the strategy of integrating the three categories has been conceived for a long time by Dekor. Dekor Complete Design+ will enable this strategy to truly reach the end. It leads by design, unifies the floor, wooden doors, and wall panels in color and style, and provides customers with new value through integrated design, integrated construction, and integrated solutions.
In the large home exhibition hall of the Dekor Home Furnishing Division, the first phase of the Dekor complete design + real space has been presented: through integrated design and fine closing technology, the three categories are perfectly integrated to form a new Chinese style, modern minimalism, different styles of space such as simple European and light luxury. Under a unified style, in response to the individual needs of space functions, the matching applications of products are ever-changing. For example, the bedroom wall panels are made of soundproof three-layer solid wood, and the bathroom wall panels are made of waterproof and antibacterial soft stone flooring. According to the 2019 financial report, Dekor's operating income is about 7.298 billion yuan, of which wood flooring revenue reaches 5.12 billion yuan, which is the absolute champion of the industry. Even in the context of the impact of the 2020 epidemic, Dekor performed amazingly. According to its third-quarter results announcement, Dekor achieved operating income of 2.116 billion yuan in the quarter, an increase of 4.21% year-on-year.
