China's foreign trade grows positively for three consecutive months

In the first 11 months of this year, the total value of China's import and export of goods trade was RMB 29.04 trillion, an increase of 1.8% year-on-year. This is the third consecutive month of positive growth since the cumulative growth rate of foreign trade imports and exports turned positive for the first time in the year from January to September.

Data released by the General Administration of Customs said that in dollar terms, China's exports in November jumped 21.1% year-on-year, a growth rate of 9.7 percentage points from the previous month; imports rose 4.5% year-on-year, a growth rate of 0.2 percentage points narrower than the previous month. The trade surplus of US$75.42 billion was achieved during the month, expanding by nearly US$17 billion compared to the previous month.


In addition, in the first 11 months of this year, China's total import and export value of trade in goods was RMB 29.04 trillion, up 1.8% year-on-year. This is the third consecutive month of positive growth since the cumulative growth rate of foreign trade imports and exports turned positive for the first time in the year from January to September.
