According to official statistics, from January to May 2020, Shandong's furniture and wood products exports reached 13.232 billion yuan, of which furniture exports were 6.62 billion yuan, down 3.8% year-on-year, and wood products exports were 6.6 billion yuan, down 6.8% year-on-year. Among the top 20 major export products in Shandong Province, the export of mechanical and electrical products was 176.61 billion yuan, a decrease of 0.2%. Agricultural products, textiles, plastics, vegetables, etc. have maintained a good growth trend. Furniture products declined slightly year-on-year. For the whole year of 2019, the export value of furniture and parts in Shandong Province was 18.44 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6% compared with 2018.
