the confirmed cases has been keeping declining, excluding wuhan and Hubei province.

New Cases of Confirmed Infections

At Feb. 12th, the number of new cases of wuhan has attended a peak,

with nearly 15000 cases has been confirmed.

According to the wuhan government's statement,

it was all due to a new diagnostic method,

which was more efficient.
