In the first half of the 2019 financial report, Markor Home's second quarter revenue was 1.642 billion yuan, an increase of 8.60%. From the second quarter to the fourth quarter of 2018, Markor Home's revenue growth fell sharply, from 46.23% to 0.88%. The possible reason is that multi-brand parallel strategy has limited the growth of its business.

 

In the second half of 2018, Markor Home invested its efforts in the acquisition of three Vietnamese mid- to high-end furniture manufacturers and the layout of new retail business. Other businesses maintained their original revenue scale and the growth rate slowed down. Beginning at the end of 2018, Markor's home revenue growth began to slowly pick up.

 

 

In China, Markor has 7 channel brands including direct sales and franchise, including direct brands: Markor Home, Rehome, yvvy; online brand Zest Store; international brands domestically joined: A.R.T., A.R.T. In recent years, with the increase in revenue and net profit, Markor Home's offline store layout has increased significantly, and the proportion of franchised stores in the total number of stores has gradually increased from 36.24% in 2015 to 55.73% at the end of 2018. The latest 2019 first-half financial report shows that Markor Home has directed and joined two formats, covering more than 100 cities in China, 329 stores, and selling Markor Home products in nearly 2,000 sales outlets in more than 50 countries around the world.
