The Internet home improvement platform “ihomefnt.com” has received RMB 1 billion B round of financing last month. This round was invested by Tiantu Capital and its value after investment was over US$1 billion, becoming the industry's new unicorn. Ihomefnt.com was established in early 2015 to provide owners with full-process renovation services including design, construction, acceptance and maintenance of hard and soft packaging, as well as procurement and distribution of all categories of furniture, electrical appliances and art home furnishings.

 

 

Currently ihomefnt.com has served more than 160 properties in 18 provinces across the country, serving more than 20,000 users. The annual contract signing amount showed an exponential growth. When the company was established in 2015, the annual contract signing amount was only 20 million yuan, which was growing to 1.76 billion yuan and 10.39 billion yuan year by year. It is estimated that the contracted amount will reach 30 billion yuan in 2018.

 

The platform uses AI technology to distribute and process massive amounts of information, such as designing and designing preferred styles for users; using DR artificial intelligence design software to visually present design effects for users; supporting users to supervise through live broadcasts; ERP systems for cross-regional business and personnel Management to meet the needs of regional development and intensive management.

 

Next, Aijia Life will develop a BIM system to replace the AUTO CAD system, and strengthen the detailed management of each stage of the project life cycle by establishing a visual model with massive building data information, so that the design plan can be realized in all aspects of the digitizing construction operation.
