The 5th China Shenyang International Furnishings Expo will open at Shenyang International Exposition Center on August 5 and last to August 7.

The exposition aims to enhance international business and to develop the Northeast Asian markets.

The exhibition area contains eight exhibition halls of 120,000 square meters in total, enough for at least 700 exhibitors. It is estimated that the number of visitors will reach 100,000.

Compared to last year's exhibition, the 2016 Exposition will include more diverse exhibits brought by world famous companies and joint companies established by college students and established businesses, of which 70 percent are newly launched to the market.

The sponsors of the exhibition have visited more than 30 furniture industrial bases and have invited participation by various companies and experts from diverse countries including the US, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Russia and Mongolia.

Besides all kinds of brands and furniture, the displays will also feature the "intelligent homes" being developed today. More intelligent home furniture and devices will be invented in the future and the quality will keep being improved.

The furniture industry is entering the age of "Made in China 2025".
