Mattress producer Tempur Sealy International has priced $450 million worth of senior notes that will be offered through private placement with an interest rate of 5.625%.
Mattress producer Tempur Sealy International has priced $450 million worth of senior notes that will be offered through private placement with an interest rate of 5.625%.
The notes will be issued at face value and will mature Oct. 15, 2023. The offering, originally planned for $350 million, is expected to close Thursday.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the company’s long term debt.
