Founded in 2002, Guangdong Guansheng Plastics Co., Ltd is a HK enterprise specializing in manufacturing all kinds of PVC calendered films which are widely used by pneumatic toy, stationery, raincoat, handbag, plastic bag and other manufacturers.
Located in Lecong Town of Foshan, the heartland of Pearl River Delta, our company covers an area of near 10,000 square meters and has powerful strength. With a large investment, our company successively spent about RMB 50 million yuan introducing into advanced PVC production and inspection equipments from abroad. At present, the company has a large group of professional researchers and developers, a team of efficient administrators, and 150 employees. Now, it produces 10,000 tons PVC calendered films every year. It is going to have an annual output of 15,000 tons in 2006.
In July 2002, its first production line came into full operation, mainly making the common transparent film and the super-transparent film. Shortly after this, the company became a best partner for plastic package and printing enterprises in Pearl River Delta.
In Mar. 2004, its second production line was put into full operation, principally producing all kinds of pneumatic films, tablecloth, bathroom curtains, stationeries, raincoats, frosted polish, etc. These products quickly became key raw materials for many daily plastic products processing companies. And the second production line dramatically accelerated Guansheng's entrance into the national PVC market and won great attention and favor from foreign enterprises. In Nov., our transparent compound latex production line was put into production, mostly producing the scotch tape of 0.6mm---10mm, making the company break into the national tablecloth and PVC super-thick film markets.
In Aug. 2005, its third production line came into full production, mainly making crystal scotch tape. It greatly improved the quality of former products, put the company in the high- and medium-grade markets directly, and laid a solid foundation for the company?ˉs breaking into overseas markets.
In Dec. 2005, its fourth and fifth production line came into full usage one by one, glorifying Guansheng as a top PVC manufacturer in the Pearl River Delta and piercing the competition in PVC export.
