The company's valuation has exceeded 1 billion U.S. dollars and has become a "unicorn" company.

On the 6th, French DIY, home improvement and gardening product e-commerce company ManoMano announced that it has raised US$355 million in Series F financing, and the company is now valued at US$2.6 billion.

Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, the founders of ManoMano, said that our business in France has been profitable for the second year in a row, and during the peak sales in 2020, we have achieved profitability globally for the first time. Based on these solid foundations, we launched a new round of financing to accelerate investment in ManoMano's international development and strategic direction. "

Raisson added that the lockdown during the severe epidemic has stimulated demand for home improvement products made by consumers, and this trend will continue, and there is no sign that the market will become saturated.

"The COVID-19 epidemic has set off an international upsurge in the DIY industry, and we believe this trend will continue. Global consumers are increasingly investing in home furnishings, and now they are more inclined to purchase products, compare prices, and obtain advice through online channels. "Dragoneer partner Eric Jones said, "We look forward to continuing to support ManoMano's growth and expansion."

ManoMano' s latest fundraising brings the total amount raised by the company since its establishment in 2013 to US$725 million. Moreover, through the last round of financing, the company's valuation has exceeded 1 billion US dollars, becoming a "unicorn" company.

However, the company neither disclosed the financial terms of the financing nor its shareholding structure.

According to ManoMano' s statement, in 2020, its Western Europe e-commerce sales will increase by more than 31%. At the same time, the company has successfully achieved more than 100% growth; sales reached 1.2 billion euros; and its B2B product ManoManoPro increased by 140%.
