Retail giant Greenlit Brands has scrapped plans to list Fantastic furniture. The group suspended the IPO on the morning of 26 November as a matter of urgency. Fund managers said that Greenlit Brands and its investment advisers had been in discussions earlier this week about valuing Fantastic furniture at a multiple of 9 to 11 times earnings, but the market had given feedback well below the lower end of the range. Meanwhile, a recent spate of falls in the share prices of listed competitors has led Greenlit to call off its IPO plans.
