According to reports, in order to further expand the domestic market share of its home furnishing products, Italian luxury brand Versace recently plans to sign a licensing agreement with the Italian Lifestyle Design Group of the American furniture company Haworth Group.
According to the cooperation agreement, the furniture under Versace Home Furnishing will be produced and distributed by Haworth's home design department in Italy. Prior to this, the furniture products of Versace Home Furnishing were produced by Versace's internal department.
After the two parties reached an agreement, the first series of works produced are expected to be launched on the market in 2021.
The new series of Versace Home Furnishing products will be sold through a new global distribution channel network. Among them, these cooperative products will also be found on Via Dulini, a well-known furniture center in Milan.
The world-famous luxury brand Versace was founded in 1978, and then launched a new home furnishing series in 1992, which announced its entry into the home furnishing field. Under the Versace home series, there are many categories of products such as home textiles, furniture, wallpaper, decorative accessories, sculptures and so on.
However, the cooperation agreement between Versace and Lifestyle Design this time will only focus on products in the furniture category, and the rest of the home textiles and decorative accessories will still be produced by Versace itself.
