French Furniture Manufacturer Roche Bobois Will Be Listed On the Paris Stock Exchange in July

With a valuation of around 200 million euros...

Recently, French high-end furniture manufacturer Roche Bobois officially announced that it will be listed on the Paris Stock Exchange on July 9 this year, and will determine the placement price of the securities this week.

 

 

Roche Bobois' current valuation ranges from €190 million to €240 million. On June 6th, Roche Bobois filed a listing application with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers French Financial Market Authority.

 

 

 

Roche Bobois is managed by Roche and Chouchan. The annual sales are about 500 million euros, the EBITDA EBITDA and amortization profit is 28 million euros and the company has sufficient liquidity. About 85% of the company's sales come from the flagship brand Roche Bobois, and the rest comes from its other brand, Cuir Center.
