A cooking demonstration and an inaugural guided tour are planned for the C11 floor in Building C next week at Las Vegas Market.

On Monday, Aug. 1, Chef Babette Davis will demonstrate some of the products found on C11 Gourmet. Co-owner of Stuff I Eat vegan restaurant in Inglewood, Calif., Davis will also make a delectable, raw vegan dessert. “Whip Up with Chef Babette” will take place in the Gourmet Demonstrations Area, Building C, C1129, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

In addition, the market is debuting Destination Tours, where buyers can take a guided tour of C11 to explore gourmet, housewares and edible offerings. The hour-long tour is for retailers interested in chocolates, gluten-free products and edible makers, new-to-market gourmet products, kitchenware, housewares and tabletop products. It is also scheduled for Monday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The tour will meet by the landing of C11 by the escalator. However, RSVPs are required as groups will be limited. Click here to register.
