The Summer Las Vegas Market, running from July 31-Aug. 4, will showcase new tenants, relocations and expansions representing nearly 70,000 square feet of additional showroom space.

Newcomers taking permanent spaces include La-Z-Boy Casegoods (B558), TOV Furniture (B658), IDP Italia (B660), Lievo (B707), Casual Classics (C1264), Casa Solutions (B-1108/1110/1111), Dwell Home (C1484), Allen Home (A920), Porter International Designs (C1444/1452) and Homey Mattress (C1583).

A number of tenants are doubling or nearly tripling showroom space. United Furniture is nearly doubling space to more 38,000 square feet; Cozzia is almost doubling showroom square footage; and Modway and Target Marketing Systems is nearly tripling space. K-Motion, Twin-Star International and Eclipse International/Eastman House are expanding. Reverie is adding an additional 2,500 square feet. The Kuka Home is showroom is now 14,000 square feet, and the Flair showroom has expanded to 18,000 square feet.

The temporaries on B2 include more than 100 tenants with more than 20 new ones for summer market. Some newcomers include West Africa-based Gaban Wood Hub, a Guatemalan Pavilion featuring an eclectic collection of resources from a variety of Guatemalan manufacturers, as well as U.S.-based American Dining & Seating, GTR Leather, Hugo Park and Millcraft Handcrafted Furniture.

On the casual front, Las Vegas Market is launching a new promotion for Summer 2016.

Retailers and interior designers may enter to win one of 14 casual/outdoor seating displays from leading vendors. The arrangements will be on display in the Grand Plaza during Las Vegas Market. To enter, retailers and designers may visit the showroom of each display and drop a business card into a collection box. Winners will be selected end of day Aug. 3.

Participating showrooms include: Agio, America’s Backyard, Ebel, Hanamint, Modway, OW Lee, Pelican Reef, Poly-Wood, Ratana, Scancom International/Northcape, South Sea Rattan, Sunset West, Telescope Casual and Zuo Modern.

Also on tap on the casual floors is complimentary refreshments and massages in the Scott Living lounge in C1312, casual programming headlined by an appearance and book signing with Drew and Jonathan Scott, and a seminar with Libby Langdon followed by a launch party for her new Sunbrella and NorthCape collection.

Also available are Casual Destination Tours, designed for seasoned casual buyers and retailers, interior designers, and furniture retailers looking to add casual/outdoor to their merchandise mix.
