Timber Expo 2016: a promising event for the industry

With some of the timber industry’s biggest names already on-board including Steico, W Howard Group and Jagram, as well as The Timber Research and Development Association (TRADA), Timber Expo 2016 will take place between the 18th and 20 of October 2016, in Birmingham.


 

With some of the timber industry’s biggest names already on-board including Steico, W Howard Group and Jagram, as well as additional support from leading timber trade associations such as The Timber Research and Development Association (TRADA), visitors to Timber Expo 2016 will not want to miss the landmark event. The event will take place between the 18th and 20 of October 2016, in Birmingham.

 

Exhibitors will cover the breadth of timber applications from timber frame, sawmills, merchants, glulam, SIPs, CLT, fixings and fastenings, timber cladding, doors/windows, mouldings, skirtings and flooring. Providing the perfect opportunity for individuals in the industry to network with fellow professionals and develop new business. In 2015, Timber Expo attracted more than 6,000 visitors, with 60% of the UK’s top 100 architectural firms represented.

 

The event will be brimming with the latest products, innovations and developments across the sector. An informative educational seminar programme led by TRADA will also be held, along with a discussion of the key issues currently facing the industry.
